Description

Single grape variety white wine with distinctive and profound minerality. Aged 14 months in a barrique.

COLOUR
Pale yellow with green reflections.

NOSE
Intensive aroma of exotic tropical fruits, especially pineapple and maracuja, and dried fruit.

TASTE
Characterised by very ripe notes of cassis and honey along with magnificent toasted flavours and a touch of vanilla. It is a highly complex, muscular Sauvignon Blanc with fantastic length.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal for goose and duck liver, creamy fish dishes, dark meat, medium to rich fish dishes.
