Single grape variety red wine with an intensive bouquet of ripe sweet cherries and blackberries. Aged 14 months in a barrique.

COLOUR
Deep red to light purple at the rim.

NOSE
Intensive bouquet of ripe cherries and blackberries, spicy notes, elegant toasted flavours, a touch of tobacco, bitter almond, and dark chocolate.

TASTE
Soft, well-balanced tannins on the palate, ripe cherries, spicy notes, blackberries. The long aftertaste is dominated by bitter almond.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Best with dark meat, wild game and poultry, lamb, roasted veal liver and beef.
