VINIFICATION
A rosé wine is produced by direct pressing and then matured. Once bottled the second alcoholic fermentation or “prise de mousse” is induced by adding the liqueur de tirage (wine yeast and juice that has been kept cold since the harvest)

TASTING NOTES
This sparkling Provence rosé has an elegant pale rose robe. The nose is delicate with hints of apricot and red fruits, completed by a touch of citrus.
Well balanced, fresh and rounded, it offers a fruity and voluptuous finish.
Atmosphère is a convivial and festive wine, prefect for celebrating those moments shared with family or friends.

FOOD PAIRING
Ideal for the aperitif or with fruity dessert.

Keeping : 2 to 3 years
Serve at 8°C
